Birdhouses at the Transfer Station

We’re planning to add some birdhouses in the garden at the Transfer Station.  Some will go at the fence line in back of the garden.

We’re looking for volunteers that want to make one.

If you’re interested, please see the T. S. Manager, Roger Rice or the Garden of Native NH Plants Committee members; Carolyn Bassage, Gael Grant, Carol Doering, Linda Seedner  or Bob Hart.

The birdhouses will need to be capable of being cleaned out, some will be used by birds, some only as decoration.  Most will be mounted onto the side of a 2x4 P.T. pole.  One or two will be put on top of a 4x4 P.T. pole.  The usable ones have to be up by March 1st.
